Bloody worst experiences I ever seen went to deposit some cash into friend accout only 2 counter were working out of three and about 70 customer ahead as ticket numbers Manager were sitting in his office playing with phone not caring his clients 😞😞😞

Employee in Wapda Town Branch are not productive, they used to keep customers waiting and like to play ping-pong game with customers by asking unnecessary documentation, specially middle-aged lady, sits on 3rd left seat from entrance. Once i have been there to open a bank account, she forwarded my case to an internee, which took all documents and promised to contact me in three days. After a week, i went back there and that middle-aged lady revealed that internee is gone on vacations, afterwards that lady got started playing with arguments. Cut the story short, my case is still open and i never went back there. Smile on face do not mean, that every thing is going fine in the bank and i wont be wrong by saying over management of tasks/team/responsibilities: Do nothing and look busy.
