Visited HBL brewery rd twice ,once on 11 March and once today 14 th march. Task is to open a simple personal bank. Staff was busy on Friday, they said to come after lunch time , visited them today after lunch time and they said that system is down. Something tells me they just wanted to have rest and they made an excuse. I can't believe we are living in 2022 and it is that difficult to open up a simple personal bank account. Worst experience with any bank. 15 03 2022. Ok visited the bank again today, and was told their system is down. What a third class service. Thanks for wasting our time. If system is down Habib Bank should advertise it on their website so that customers can go else where.
