Recently I have inquired from Hamna Aamir about a set I appreciated in the design on their Instagram account. This set seemed to be very beautiful. After finding unexpectedly big price on something I wouldn’t value to own or can see the value in it, I told them strongly about my disappointment that every customer wants to know what is offered in a piece of fine jewelry when they buy it and I did not think it was worth the price. They don’t know how to resolve a conflict arising with a small comment on the price and satisfy the consumer. Honest to God I was not disrespectful but some how was perceived wrongly. It could have been professionally tackled by explaining the situation and explaining why their jewelry is so valuable and if they think price is fair than why it is fair? This was a chance or opportunity for them to improve their marketing. But instead they replied very rudely to me and after that blocked me from their Instagram. They have no clue that in the world of business” Customer is right”. We are consumers we decide if we want to buy something or not. Where there is plenty of top notch brands to compete with, they have to sell it to us, instead they couldn’t handle constructive criticism on their brand as I was mistakenly perceived as their enemy when I was not, I really liked their design of a set and I even commented “ It’s gorgeous” Alas, it seemed like I was talking to a highly uneducated unprofessional person on the other side. Fine maybe they have a lot of customers but this does not mean that it gives them a right to mistreat a person behind that innocent inquiry of price. In a consumer’s market reacting like this is highly un professional.

Worst customer service. Basically nonexistent. They're whatsapp representative are clueless buffoons. They do not have prices listed for most products and do not care to respond nor give any details regarding their products. Waste of time.

I love their unique jewelery

I had been promised customization options when I placed my order, but all I got was no response and then my order was shipped without my approval of the items. It arrived broken and I have not been able to get in touch since I told them it was broken. Very poor customer service. And the quality is clearly not worth what is being charged.
