Poor patient service. They Dont have even disposable cups to drink water. When i asked from nurse she told me to go out and buy a cup so you can drink water. Miserable experience Stupid questions in the question section Uneducated nurses Poor staff

Terrible experience today on 3rd Sep 2018. No sense of responsibility by the Doctor. Patients waiting for ultrasound and staff kept on telling 'just 5 minutes" for the last 50 minutes. Fee Rs. 1200/- already taken in advance. Had to leave without checkup as my patient was not able to wait any longer. I will consider the fee as SADQA for my patient. Is there any forum like PMA etc where we can report such carelessness.
