The CNG billing attendant is extremely rude, their nozzle blew as soon as they attached the pipe. He

The CNG billing attendant is extremely rude, their nozzle blew as soon as they attached the pipe. Hence, I got refilled on the next CNG pump, however they even charged Rs.50 of the gas that did not even go into the car. I am lodging a complaint with hascol isb. HQ let's see what happens. Oh p.s. I asked for the manager or the people names who would not provide them, the billing person was black bearded about mid 30s and another attendant was wearing a red coat mid 40s.
