Review

Very unprofessional. First they lie that they'll free you up in just five minutes. Then they keep forcing you to visit them repeatedly and bring the same documents again and again which you already gave them in the initial account opening stage so it should already be in their system!! After completing a 100 different steps, they still won't serve you. All this hassle just to make a small update to your account. No apologies from them for wasting your precious time. App is useless. Extra frees just for cash deposits to an account you opened with them in your previous city of residence. There's gotta be a better bank out there. I'd rather try Meezan Bank
