Such bad customer service. Highly inefficient staff. I had to go like 3 times just to get my account

Such bad customer service. Highly inefficient staff. I had to go like 3 times just to get my account activated and my contact number changed. Cz they changed my number wrong first time. And after multiple complaints about problem in my transactions, they told me my account is inactivated and I have to go to the bank again to get it fixed.
