Very bad experience. I went for hair straightening and my hair looked good after the treatment. They

Very bad experience. I went for hair straightening and my hair looked good after the treatment. They told me not to wash for 2-3 days. I washed after six days and my hair lost all the straightening effect. I went back and complained. Instead of giving a solution, they said that it looked bad and they'll look into it and sent me back. No calls were received from them and, after calling a couple of times, they finally said that they won't do anything as it's not their fault if the treatment didn't last. Very sad and disappointing behavior. I spent so much time and money and put my hair through harsh treatment with zero result. Not recommended at all!!!
