HERITAGE RESTAURANT OKARA

Been here once with my peers. It's such a wonderful place in a small city like Okara. I totally wasn't expecting such quality of service. The waiters were very trained, had manners of any decent restaurant of Lahore, and above all, the taste was too good! Really loved this place!!!

Food was good in taste standard of cleanliness was average it could be far better thats why giving 3 stars. Just improve yur cleaning yu can earn 5 star

Nice Restaurant , well cleaned area and cutlery but when i entered there one of their staff was on phone call (as u can see in pictures below ). He just opened the gate to let us in , he didn't guided us where to sit after entering i shouted " o bhai hy koi bithan wala sunu " then another person showed up and guided us where to sit. Secondly they don't have a proper uniform so we weren't be able to recognize who is customer and who is their staff . When time came for order i asked their waiter how and with which thing prawns are served and literally he called another person to explain this , it means their staff is not properly trained for this job. Let's talk about taste : CHICKEN CHEESE NAAN . It was very delicious amongst another dishes that we ordered . It was nicely stuffed with cheese and chicken and it was nicely baked. CHICKEN FRIED RICE . Well rice were dry and smells weird . I think its because they don't add sauces to eliminate the smell of eggs. So we had to eat it by mixing it with ketchup. HOT CHILLI PRAWNS . I don't know what to say about them because it would be premature to say anything about it because we were eating it for the first time. After having first bite we just leave it there and thanks to Coke , it was there and helped us to swallow it. Overall it's an average experience for me but they have to focus on their staff and train them properly for a job of waiter.

Well .. it's good .. some issues are there but overall .. it's fine Food taste is improving .. But with family .. it was a great experience

I tried chicken white karahi(half), Taste awesome (5⭐), quantity xtra for 2persons (5⭐), rates are economical (4⭐), Service Delivery (5⭐) and Order Serving Time very quick(4⭐).

Okay so visited for the very first time having above expectations food and all that in my mind. But what Happened exactly? Ordered one chicken cheese naan with raita! The guy came back with simple cheese naan instead of chicken one. On asking, sorry sir when half of it I was already eaten! Raita, not available sir, but you can use some thakhi hui ketchup we use to eat fries with! Asked for chili sauce, but nothing! Was thinking to bring up family for dinner but, gosh, what an experience!

It's good now ,services and dishes are very good with excellent staff.
