Wayyy too expensive. Had to pay 800 rupees for a straight 2cm trim . Staff was quite dismissive and doesn't know anything about customer care at all .had the worst experience ever!!

Unnecessarily overpriced for a mid-end salon.

Did the Moroccan treatment (With scrub Rs 5,000) - Positives: A full honest solid hour of treatment AND scrubbing off giant amounts of dead skin that I didn't even know that I had. - Negatives: The woman who did my massage went up to my friend who came with me and told her I had body hair. This was personal information, and it's a huge invasion of privacy because of how people judge body hair here (rumors if you go with someone). Thank God I went with someone that respects me and my body whom I trust. The massage therapists didn't have proper training about massage therapy. It was clear they didn't understand where tension builds up in bodies and how muscles wrap around the bone, to properly rub them. I would make sure to ask them to spend 5min on the massage to oil me down, and then spend more time on the exfoliation. They turn the steam on during the massage, but I didn't feel it. I had it done at the end and I stayed in front of the machine awkwardly. Make sure the steam level is right during the massage when you're supposed to open your pores before exfoliation.
