Thank you team Hifza khan salon! I have had a really wonderful experience . It was just fantastic. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but much more than that ! It really was an amazing afternoon. Thank you so much for the fantastic facilities and such a professional staff. Really enjoyed my tea that was offered while I had my manicure services. I was escorted personally to the back by the young lady that would do my entire treatment. That room in itself was the most relaxing place that I found at your spa. She was very attentive to my needs, making sure at all times that I was comfortable and relaxed. It was really nice to see your attendants on their toes all the time with a wide smile on their faces while dealing with clients. The treatment service was remarkable and really helped me relax physically as well as mentally. The friendly environment and calm aura of this place is a real treat to ones mind on its own. I just loved it altogether. It was very blissful as a whole. Can't wait to make another visit soon again and will highly recommend it to my friends! :)

Good place for bridal makeup though Expensive time management good

To begin with, the hair stylist ( trainee ) couldn't understand what I asked her to do. It was a simple blow dry and I had to eventually show her how to use the curling brush. She was more interested to know what's going on in other chairs, her eyes were everywhere except for my hair. I kept asking her to get a wider curling brush and she kept disregarding it. Had no knowledge of what she was doing . The floor supervisor was giggling with the regular clients and paid no attention to the messup going on with new clients . Then comes the manicure story - the girl was good,engaging, offered alternative options. However when she took cash from me to prepay so my nails wouldn't get messed up- brought back change less a Rs 1000/- . Had I not checked , I would have never known . Cherry on the topping , the shirt I was wearing also got bleached along with my hands. The girls wasn't mindful while using a bleaching product so as not to spoil my clothes . The hand towels used were filthy and stained . Extremely mismanaged salon- if this is a great revenue generator from the Bridals and makeup market then you guys should not offer ancillary services at a poor pitch . Extremely disappointed and do not recommend for basic care services.
