Buss service is very Good but their call center and reservations system is messed up they keep you on hold for a long time and start chatting with each other and eventually the call is dropped this has happened to me about 10 times in past 04 months they need to fix it otherwise the buses of Shuja Royal Express is wonderful and so comfortable they also need to follow the timings instead of waiting for passengers to come and book

First they will not pick your call. If they did, you request to book your seat and when you reach half hour before you will cane to know there is no booking by your name. You never called. No sms verification after seat booking so they could easily cheat you or deny if you ever booked seat by calling. AWARE if you are going for advance booking. I had very bad experince.

Because Alhalal has no own coaches. Example For Multan,East Punjab,Even for Chiniot.
