Honda Central karachi

Honda Central is very pathetic when it comes to claiming the warranty of your car. They just know how to sell their cars and forget about their customers. The after sales service is very poor. I had to call them like million times for three months but no positive response from them. After getting furious and visited their showroom, the after sales team had to bow down and came to terms in expediting the warranty claim.

Suggest Do not go with Honda Shahra-e-Faisal. Admin to Owners all are Baths in Same Tubs. dough, Liaying, Cheating are well job of all and never ashame of it. Listen u but on 2nd ear throw it on air. In Short a Place of Thugs

I got the honda brv from them delivery related staff was alright and good tempered and very helpful But unfortunately there was door noise and rattling of door handles from 3 door took my car again 3 times but the issue persisted every time the technican and mechanical staff assured me the job is solved but still the problem persisted despite my car is vrand new and only 2k Kma driven Today i talked to the after sales manager fingers crossed ...... But i must say better to avoid mechanical works from here better go to Honda Quaideen my brother had a awesome mechanical work experience from them

For Honda booking this is the best place. For service however I would prefer Honda drive in.

Experience is just good, not very excellent, poor customer service. They charge way too more than normal market rates. Also they don't do a good car wash service with over charges which goes up to two times higher than normal regular rates, and they would waste a lot of your time for unnecessary reasons. Besides, their services can be a better choice if someone needs to have genuine parts or accessories.

The service Center staff has no idea about the protocols of an oil change, I requested to go with the car inside the service area upon which I was issued with the visitor pass, the supervisor who was accompanied with a lady supervisor (probably a new recruit) asked me that you cannot stay with your vehicle inside, I showed him the visitor pass even then he was arguing. I asked him about the oil change protocol which he failed to deliver, there was no recheck for the seepage/leakage after changing the oil filter and renewal of oil case nut. Very poor!

So disappointment with behaviour of staff. I gave them my car for repair, which was not repaired and washed, karachi worst honda service showroom I've seen. It's a friendly suggestion, don't bother to go to this showroom they are worst at their service.

Gone are days when one had trust on the dealership .This dealership has crashed the confidence...my half tankful of petrol came back empty ...my sunroof replacement was so badly done that I had to reach upto one of Lhr dealership when on way to Islamabad and get it re-done with yet again an expense ....The staff not only doesn't work according to company standards,,but also is used to steal customer's leftovers in car(e.g. my half tank of petrol)

Their representatives are good. Deals customers quite good. Nice service....
