As far as the place is concern, it is very populated and rusty area. Therefore rating is accorded accordingly. Honda City Centre is basically a "Workshop" which mainly deals in repairing Honda & other motorcycles. As I myself never visited for the purpose they are sitting there, therefore have no exact idea of their professional behaviour. Rating is purely based on its rusty area where they are maintaining their workshop.
