My overall experience with Honda city sales has been quite good... Got some denting and painting... The painting was appalling... Very bad... Hence I have not given a 5 star rating...

Very non professional staff specially work shop. Impolite staff. Take bribe from customers to finish their job first. Very crowded workshop no body cares. Staff handle customer very rudely. I will never buy or take my car again to this workshop. Very bad experience happened to me. Owner sb please answer my question I know you are busy and enjoying your work but please ask your staff to behave first and secondly they do take money from customers. Your staff asked me also if I finish your job 1st you have to give me 500. From gate till end everyone is same they create this thing themself by sending more cars inside workshop as they already know inside is full. My company have 12 Honda's bought from your showroom but now from today my all cars will visit Honda Airport.

It is a crowded place. Admin is lousy. Workers are over-smart and tried to ask me to give the additional labour charges. Even oil change is more expensive than other places.. I will avoid this place next time
