Decent customer services but can be improved. My car dash screen was wiped with an oily cloth and caused bad vision during night drive. Overall satisfactory service. Loyalty club Opel card was never dispatched despite numerous requests.

I could not find that my car was service so I went there again to wipe the dust from car. And they misplaced my car running file. My spare wheel wasn’t new as i saw on Car delivery. My rating is Less than 1 star.

Courteous staff and good service. You get personalised attention here. Waiting area is comfortable. There is ample space for parking your vehicle pre and post service/repairs. All in all, a pleasant experience getting your car attended to at Honda Defence. Recommended.
