My personal experience with the dealership is excellent. They have trained mechanics, staff in workshop area. Tunning, servicing and all other works are done satisfactorily over here. There is also spare parts shop and all the major genuine parts are easily available here with a slightly higher rates than the local market. Their sales team is also very competative.

Got someone's car diagnosed from here. They charge a diagnosation fee of about 3000 ( which is a bit expensive). Best time to come is between 9-10 as it gets busy fast. Just make sure to keep asking about your car or else they'll forget about you.

My favourite place for my car. Friendly staff. Feel like your own showroom. Genuine parts supplied, peace of mind.

Very bad experience today. If there was an option of negative rating, I would have opted for it. I went with my family in my own Suzuki Mehran. Seemed, that didn't suit us to go to them. The sales guy was extremely rude, not even bothering to inform the prices or colours. When I asked for the order, they told it will take time, for colours they said to see the board, for financing, they said goto the bank. But the attire was completely un welcoming. Not only me, rather my wife & mother complained of this attitude. Some counselling is required to these guys to deal.each customer uniquely.

Team is good...bt if ur going for insurance claim they take take much time and miss the timelines of delivery. Plz do take regular follow ups with them otherwise you will get late delivery of ur insured vehicle.

I mostly visit Honda driven for all my work or for preodic maintenance of car but the management to handle customers is need to improve, anyways they tried to satisfy there customers
