Review

Good service but the workshop is getting seriously have escaped by the challenge of limited space. Waiting period is getting to long. One way of managing time a d customers can be introducing multitask team. For example if a car needs oil change and wheel balancing they should not wait to first change oil and then move on to next step. Both jobs can be done simultaneously.

Review

Have had some repairs done there. They workshop is good, they do a good job in repairs and in painting (bake paint). Personally know the manager there in charge due to a close reference. It does help as they do take more care during repairs. Overall very nice person and helpful. However their repair department are overcrowded now due to the sheer volume of repairs coming in, their quality is suffering a little bit. As they are crowded I prefer taking my honda for a service at the Johar town showroom. On another point, for being a big dealership why must they charge extra for card payments? Honda canal bank do not for eg. Poor business practice. UPDATE: I have knocked down my score on the quality of paint they use. This is not something you know right away, im talking about 3-4 years since certain panels were painted. The paint they use is of poor quality, it gets scratched and stained easily and even have clear coat failure on one area. 1 small spell of rain itself can stain the paint. This does not happen with original factory paint, the panels that still have it. For paint work i would NOT recommend honda gateway.

The workers are good but it is usually too crowded. The few times when there wasn't much crowd I did get excellent service

bad experience. Late delivery. No compensation. No returns. Miss representation. Bad services. Less responsive No feed back. Honda seems to take advantage of pakistani peoples because here only two companies are being crowned toyota and honda and our very wise and intellectual government is not taking any kind of precautions to stop them
