Today i visited this place for my honda civic 2000 to get it's essential fluids changed, as it was the time for Jummah there was only one employee and asked him for the details and he was constantly on the phone and not even acknowledging my presence, I asked him a couple of times and he didn't respond, after a few attempts he finally spoke in a rude manner "hum yahan pe busy hain phone pe aap baad mai aayen" like wow I'm impressed. His job is to facilitate the customers and this is what he is saying. I would recommend all of you stay away from this dealership as these kind people are not serious with their job and will not work on your car properly. It will be a total waste of time and money. Now I'll have go somewhere else to get my job done. Very much disappointed from such behaviour from a prestigious brand like Honda.
