Rooms need renovation. Food quality was good. Service was ok.

Its a good hotel in Masehra for stay and wedding hall inside the hotel and also Afzaal studio for family portrait, event coverage, model portfolio, and bridal shoots. there is a restaurent in the hotel with good taste.

Primarily a banquet hall which provides catering services also. Rooms are also available here. Reasonably managed place. Convenient for visitors arriving from plains to lodge and resume journey ahead.

Rooms on ground floor are dirty .Rooms on 1st floor are better ,big and rather roomy. plus just a suggestion the exaust fan in the bathroom is the basic requirement and should be fulfilled to maintain proper air flow and neatness of the room.without the exaust the rooms will become smelly as there are no ventilation windows in toilet either. other than that the room service was good the people are good and they daily cleaned our room in our absence which was good.so in short the rooms on the first floor are recommended if you can bear a little smell as there is no ventilation in the toilets and no exaust fans.avoid the rooms on the ground floor

Good Staff... Good Meal for Shadi .. everything good but counting members are worst.. They count extra and not give correct amount of remamining meal if your guest are minimum to order numbers. So becareful for that remaining things are Excellent.....

Been there quite a few times to attend marriages. Their food quality is quite consistently better than many other wedding marquees.

Good ambiance. Nice rooms. Very approachable in the city as well. Food recommended. Coffee not recommended. Roof top is a big plus with a very goo view. Roof Top can be used for place to take wedding pictures as well.
