Not good at all. Hotel is facing towards a sewerage canal and few moter workshops. However rates are less than any other in swat. It good for bachelors who don't have any other options

It was awesome, a very beautiful location and view as the Fizagat park and swat river sight given more joy and had great entertainment with the beauty of nature. Very beautiful place, enjoyment, pleasure , natural views of hills and river swat and much more.infact its always been great fun and pleasure in swat. This is why swat called the switzerland of Pakistan, Love alot.

Very Bad Experience. He did not displayed or mentioned the prices of breakfast in menu, and charged extraordinary high, as per his will. Taste was bad, breakfast was not fresh and hot and tea was smelly. Not recommended.
