The naran location of this hotel is really great. This time we stayed at the Abbotabad venue on our way to Naran. It was not a great experience, but neither was it a bad one. It was just indifferent. The rooms, the location, the staff. Nothing was outstanding, it was just all OK. The Naran location however is managed by a good team and I have to commend a young man by the name of Wasim, who was on the 2nd floor team. Excellent service and a wonderful attitude. He was one of the people that made our stay special. The Naran location is definitely worth visiting and the best time is during Ramadan holidays when the room rates are cheapest. During the full season, you will be lucky if you find a room available.

Very reasonable hotel with average rooms and they'll accommodate extra mattress with minimum charges. Breakfast is a turn down but as a stop over point traveling to northern areas this is the best option

Decent hotel. Pretty clean. I would rate is the best in Abbottabad after Hotel One, as the rest of the hotels and guest houses are in quite bad condition. The food is also reasonably good.

Everything was tasteless from room devote to breakfast.Room felt suffocated because of horrific looking huge cushions and tea was worse then salty hot water
