The hotel itself is not bad. But the room provided as per rent seems smaller. The walls are really thin. Woke up multiple times during the night due to the noise outside the room in the lobby and in the nearby rooms. We could hear the guests walking around on the room above and they moved a lot. The faucets in the bathrooms were loose, couldn't stop the water. Had to stop the water from the valves below the basin. The phone to call the room service or the kitchen was out of order and wasn't fixed even when we complained at the hotel counter. Will need to request a room change as they make us give the whole 3 days rent in advance which isn't refundable. No closet is provided for keeping the clothes. The small box that room has was filled with hotel's own stuff. The food on the other hand is good. The hotel has its own parking area and they have a person to park and get the car back from it.

Nice Place to stay with family. Good justification of money. Although a big property but nice maintained spent last week with family. Little noisy due to floor service station telephone ring noise was so loud. Food is not really good just average. Better to do only breakfast over there. Most Important terrace view is amazing also they have good lift facility for guest.
