Surprisingly smart hotel considering it's in Abbottabad. I always check the bathrooms first and having looked at three rooms all the bathrooms were found to be clean and well designed. The rooms were of a good size with the top executive suite having a two room setup. This hotel is a part of the Pearl Continental chain.

It was a very good experience. It had good facilities, neat & clean environment, supportive & cooperative staff, spacious rooms, good parking space and lot of security. Though its price is on the higher side but its value for money.

Came for an official meeting. Rooms are good and neat & clean. Room service is okay. I personally didn't acquire room here in Hotel One, but as per my other colleagues, their feedback is given above; based on their experience. My personal experience with their meeting hall didn't go well; mainly due to frequent loadsheding issues, resulting in distraction of all the meeting participants. Secondly, the tea and lunch quality was so so.. i.e. 50/50. Much improvement needed in the food quality; in terms of taste & presentation.

It was my second visit at Hotel One Abbottabad got the same room which I got in 2018.. The over all facilities are good but they need to repair the shower of Room number 209.:) Rest was good enough to stay services are good. Hotel was well maintained. Far better than Hotel One Faisalabad.

I found Hotel One Abbottabad excellent in all aspects. Service, staff and rooms all are very good. I will recommend it for those who value comfortable stay.

Good small better located hotel . Staff very helpful and reception manager was very professional. Glad that they are maintaining the standards. One less star is due to parking and lift improvement needed.
