Shalimar hotel was once a good hotel. It is now in the stages of decay. Rooms are reasonable but need renovation so are the baths. Staff is good and cooperative. Reception is open 24 hours. Restaurant is a sad place with boring food. Airlines used Shalimar quite often. Some companies do conduct meetings as well. You may find Chinese groups as well. Security is extra tight because of surroundings. Parking space is ample

The Hotel is on a very good location but is losing its name and customers because of much compromised services. Badly maintained rooms, cooling systems didn't work, connectivity options are very limited. Buffet breakfast on good but lunch and dinner have very limited dishes. Meeting rooms are good, decently furnished and equipped. Limited parking lot which could facilitate staying guests only.

Good hotel with good qualities. Hotel have also good halls for wedding functions, conferences, meetings etc. Parking is the main concern because inside the hotel area limited parking is available. The hotel is on the road corner but on the other end little market area due to which hotel front is covered.

Good Hotal butt slightly expensive. Facilities are not enough. Rooms must be re arrange

A reasonably priced hotel near pearl continental

Two stars only for good behaviour of staff and availability of heater and hot water. Cleanliness level is not good, Same type of food each day, they don't provide mutton or fish even if we are paying for it. If you are chicken lover then only visit here. The owners seems to enjoy just profit and not apply on development and infrastructure. It's just like an ordinary 2 star hotel now

Economical place for meetings. Food stuff is good. Need to improve service specially getup of staff.

It must have been a reputed hotel in its hay days. Not any more. The staff is helpful though. It is good for a single overnight stay. It is the go-to hotel for PIA layovers. They sheltered us and kept us fed and provided hotel pickup and drop off. The drop off driver drove us to the airport in heavy rain with zero visibility. He could've competed in Formula 1. He made us reach on time and in one piece. Seriously kool driving skills.

After pearl continental hotel it's good choice to stay as its cost effective also as RS.8000 with tax per night double bed while Pearl continental price starts from RS.15000/= breakfast is included in these prices ...for car parking they have got also wide place
