Nice place to sit and relax. Good place to work as the wifi has a good connectivity and plenty of sockets around. They should update their online presence more to show the opening hours along with the menu etc... They should to improve the look overall, and certainly hire someone to improve the professionalism and customer services skills of the staff, including the management. A simple smile, saying thank you and please goes long way.
