Very good service in terms of arrangement before hajj, a lot can be improved while travelling as choice of airline and flights was very poor. Very less group activities. Food was supposed to be buffet but not even salad was provided. ViP package feels like economy by the looks of Accomodation, Food and Transportation.

Chose their Hajj package 2018. This agency is distorting money from Hajjaj in every step. From air transportation to the provision of food and services, agency seems to degrade the srandard/quality. Frequently change schedules without any further notice. On the contrary to thr posted schedule, Group was taken to Jeddah via air, and then was boarded on buses for a painful 7 hours journey to Madigan. We were supposed to be air transported to Madinah from Karachi directly. But agency saved money. Moreover, shifted to Mecca from Madinah through buses instead of flying. Our stay in Mecca was reduced one day lesser than posted. Not recommending this to any one..horrible service.
