No one can compete this hotel. Hot water is always available. The rooms are carpeted, clean and upto standards. They have a huge surrounding. The place for Bonfire is vast covered with grass. The view is so beautiful from the hotel. Staff is so humble and cooperative.

We had a nice lunch at Hunza Serena. Food is excellent though the service is not up to the Serena standards. Staff is exhausted not to extend their services beyond what is necessary.

Its probably the best hotel around but it didn't live up to the Serena name. It was surprising to see muddy water in the taps. On inquiry it was revealed that the supply is from melting glaciers and it's normal to have sand in the water. The restaurant is good. The food is fresh and prepared with care. The hotel has its own apricot and cherry trees. Standard rooms need improvement. The luxury tents are a good option as they have unmatched views. Every room has an amazing view of the serene mountains.
