Historically been a huge fan of Hush Puppies' products, but HUGELY disappointed with online shopping experience. Due to the lockdown, I decided to buy my shoes online. At the time of placing the order, I was guaranteed delivery by Eid. It's now a week since Eid passed and I still have not received my order, nor have any update on expected arrival. I have tried calling and emailing HP, but no response. A couple of days back I received a courier tracking number, but the email did not mentioned which courier HP is using - therefore no way for me to track. I expected more from Hush Puppies!
