Overpriced garbage. We are no longer limited to stores option like these in Peshawar and have plenty of higher quality and better priced brands then why bother go to imperial? Had terrible experience with them when bought chappals for 4.5k which lasted less than two weeks. Their exchange or repair process is another story.

Its an University road outlet of famous chain of stores in Peshawar. Its a multi storey dtore with separate sections for kids, gents and ladies. One can find good range of clothes, garments and shoes. Exterior is good and interior is also impressive. Staff is well trained, well behaved and well dressed. Prices are reasonable and cleanliness is good. Heating and cooling is appropriate.

I would rate this 1 start because quality is china but prices are of European standard products, i feel like this brand has moto to attract posh customers and snatch them as they don't care how much they spend. Another strange thing i noticed is return policy. You can only exchange withing 7 days only if you retain a receipt, don't even bother asking for a refund. You will face a very unfriendly opposition if you ask for refund, return or exchange.
