Customer care is not hands on. Though the staff is polite but helpless when it comes to getting simple problems solved. I got a bed from Index and when I called them to send their team to assemble it they first told me it would take them a week. Then they gave me dates twice but nobody showed up nor did any follow up. I got the bed fixed by myself. It's side table I took to the shop hoping that they would put together right then and there but the staff politely asked me to leave my address. When I insisted that it's just a side table and that I don't want to wait a week for somebody to come to my home and fix it they seemed utterly helpless.
