Pathetic after sales services. Returned part of my order and it took a gazillion calls, a visit to the premises and 2 months for me to get my money back. Never buying from this place again

Very pathetic and brain exhausting experience. Their fixer don't even touch the Thermophore to move the material to roof. They wasted 5-6 hours sitting on the ground but didn't agree to take the material up. I arranged the labour in afternoon and that material moved up and then their person got up to work. Extra sheets were returned in May and still looking for the refund and it is 20th August. So better to order less instead of extra sheets. They tell the customers that prices are going to increase so order in advance but these are their cheap marketing tactics.
