I had the opportunity to visit ISSI for a conference. Situated in the library, it was very well arranged. To my amazement, the library was found to be full of rare and exceptional books related to a smorgasbord of topics ranging frome IR to security and history. The overall establishment was very well maintained and clean and tidy. Computers are also available in the library for research and use of other online tools.
