corrupt officials. when i raised objection on higher duty imposed on my parcel and refused to Pay 8300 custom on my 10,000 invoiced amount. the same custom guy all of sudden changed formulas to adjust the amount to 5300. they give you hand written manual tax recipes fraudulent and obsolete system to pay custom duties. just another corrupt government outfit. when in world Pakistan will improve and update its institutions and get rid of corrupt practices

Good and decent staff. Handling official affairs are quite impressive.

No computerized system for taxes. Taxes are written manually on a piece of paper by pen and have to be deposited by hand as cash. 100% chance that half the taxes are going into the pockets of corrupt postal officers.

Very poor delivery system. I was supposed to get a parcel from Pakistan but it is still in international mail oficce from last 6 days. No track recird found

My brother sent me important documents from Bolton, Lancashire UK on 09-12-2020 but I didn't received it till now. Now one is answering the phone also. Should I wait or go physically to collect the documents.

I have bad experiences with all staff They hold my documents send from UK by Royal Mail without any reason The documents I need to submit in the court I send complain concerning Authorities in Pakistan

Service is a little slow but acceptable.

Hello I sent parcel through Royal Mail from Bradford England to Pakistan on 21st of May with track delivery. Islamabad mail office received the parcel after a week and delivered it on my hometown Gujar Khan on time. Everything was tracked and not a single problem Really happy 😊 with the services Thank You

Poor service. I received my important documents 3 months after it reached IMO Islamabad and I haven’t received my other documents till today, its been more than 6 months.
