This review is in reference to 'Snare Executive Chair Without Headrest Jxn-A101' I bought this in early November, 2021 and I'm writing this review in December, 2021. In-short: Don't buy this Chair. This chair is very expensive and their top of the line executive chair. Within a month the hydraulic piston that controls the height of the chair started sinking and is not maintaining height at all. The arm rests are flimsy and poor quality and the cherry on top – the chair just started squeaking. I've contacted the support but there has been no real help so far. The support team visited my place and examined the chair and told that they'd probably replace the hydraulic piston. No response so far.

Table looked like a piece of cardboard attached with SWINGING legs ...I complained to exchange it ...and they force to keep it like I bought it for free .....very expensive though ...now waiting for exchange.
