How disgusting the staff behaviour, I went on Saturday for taking appointment of Dr mumtaz ali the receptionist told me(Saturday, Sunday is off ) u can come on Monday between 10 to 11 am then u will get the appointment I said ok, thank u very much. Now on Monday I went at 10 o'clock for taking appointment and now that staff is telling me there is no appointment at this time, I said you told me a day b4 that come on Monday between 10 to 11 AM, now is 10 o'clock, what a disgusting reply from the staff member of the hospital, he replied 'we just randomly telling the people to come on this time' this is not true some other staff were making fun of me and were telling me 'that u have to come at fajar time' other says 'that u have 3 o'clock the doctor is setting at 4 o'clock' a very unhuman behaviour by the staff of irfan general hospital charsada road peshawar. A private hospital behave with patient like ohhhh come on donkeys that is not nineties this is 2017 please move on and stop this kinda shameful information......

I came from Islamabad I had an appointment with Dr Mumtaz ali it was very help full may Allah bless him nice and clean hospital but they had a few issues regarding accommodation of patients are upstairs which not need to be. Overall staff is very polite and professional
