I have been coming here for several years and I really wanted to express how amazing this facility is. The staff is exceptionally attentive and professional. It is clean, modern and serene at the same time. I was taken back for my appointment early and staff called me with my results the same day. I would highly recommend this facility to all my family and friends.

Good facilities but the staff was a little misinformed. Good experience none the less.

Recently i visited IDC for laboratory services. I found the setup highly professional. Up to the mark and cheaper as compared to town.

WENT FOR PCR... MF ANIMALS THEY ARE... THEY HAD BIG EAR BUD CLEANER INSTEAD OF STANDARD PCR TEST KIT.. PUT IN MY MOUTH THEN SAME IN MY NOSE... I ASKED HIM WHY HE REPLIED.. ASAN KIII UTOON ARDOR AEY...

A completely disfunctional call center. They hang up during conversations. The tester arrives 5 hours late for the appointment.

I visited the lab for 4D ultrasound of my wife they give us less details . . . . Most of the images and details are from simple 2D ultrasound, on further visit, staff ask me to talk with the doctor done the test at IDC by visiting another day . . . . Who is on leave or absent at that day. . . Management satisfied us by medical terminologies. . . .
