Review

I need just to know about what is my kid blood group. They were saying report will be available at evening charging me 600 rupees for mere few coins 10 second job. When i came now their stop pretending to be busy and not entertaining the patients/customer. My blood group identification is still not conducted and they are saying to wait 30 minutes more. worst than a collector officers behavior. They should rectify else please dont go there for any tests. Boycott and shame on them for their pathetic services and irresponsible behavior!!!

It's a rather small facility, with barely 8 person seating capacity (for both patients and attendents). Although they do most of the tests here but it's very understaffed, with only one guy at front counter doing both blood tests and payments recieving and the other front desk seat is mostly empty. The management of patients is also very poor and they will serve patients based on their guess to whom came first and not on first come first serve basis.

very very good doctor i only want there once for anomly scan and she provided me with every inch of info. and it was my 2nd test overall from Idc so they discounted for 300 as well

Review

They have a courteous & professional staff who are good at their jobs. They know what to do & do it quickly. I especially liked by how clean it is, EVERYTIME I visit and there is rarely any queue. Be careful of your car in the parking though because alot of beggars are around and they like to scratch stuff when you do not oblige them with money.
