Road is gonna be constructed soon. In sha Allah. The college faculty is at par with shifa, dare I say. Hospital is getting it's diagnostic Centre. I doubt any private medical college has this much area.

Isra University Islamabad Campus is beautifully and purpose built. It is hosting Al-Nafees Medical College. Situated far from the main city it has a rich educational environment. The approach roads are a bit down ranked as they are managed by local private groups.
