Italian Oven islamabad

Probably the worst customer service, they don't reply back if you ask them something, waiter keeps walking after you call him, he just says 'yes' and keeps walking. We ordered pizza salad and steak with fries. Fries never arrived, the food finished still no fries. They eventually brought fries - found to be stale old and tasteless. No apology was given. I asked my steak to he done medium well they made it well done. Their excuse for the fries turned out to be over-crowdedness while we were total of three customers inside the entire restaurant. Not sure if the person in the red shirt was a manager or just another waiter who couldn't stick to the dress code Terrible place

I visited this place yesterday and i ordered chicken mushroom lazania the mushroom and chicken taste​ stale i dont like this place and that was my first experience

Delicious Italian dishes. I love the soups over here. Good easy location on the main road.

I ordered a lunch special beef steak, it was just ok on the outside but nothing close to a proper steak on the inside. the meat was mushy and not red or even more pink in the centre. that is not how a steak is done. also as per price they are reasonable but NOT cheap.

Very good food quality. Portion size is beautiful. Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. Prices are very reasonable. May take a little extra time but you certainly won't mind the wait after you taste the food. And they serve immediately so its hot!!

Visited it with a friend for lunch and we liked it. I ordered chicken steak and he ordered a pizza with medium crust. The food tasted good and was presented well and in good time. But it was not busy at that time so I can't comment how quickly they will serve you during rush hours. Prices were not bad either. The place is neat and clean. Washroom was well maintained. Staff were well trained and all were wearing neat and clean dresses. We sat upstairs with the window and had a good view of hustle bustle of markaz below us.

Amazing and delicious food. Great customer service and friendly. Thin crust pizza was amazing 😋❤️
