Unfortunately I had to go to the emergency at iteffaq hospital and found the staff very casual and unprofessional. They didn't have clean sheets and tried to make two patients sit on one bed! It is unbelievable that in this day and age medical professionals lack empathy and compassion. I would urge the management to be more efficient and keep a check on all employees.

They killed my dear brother, he came for vacation in Pakistan, and got bad headache, for two weeks Ittefaq hospital was treated him so bad and gave him all wrong strong medicine, Usman Muqeed was a doctor, who didn’t even know how to study MRI images, and who didn’t even know what to diagnose, first they told us he had blood cloth then stroke, then TB, then just viral infection, and they started TB medicine and stopped and started again, doctor even don’t know you can’t just start and stop and start antibiotic medicine, because of their wrong treatment, they also used needles which was not clean , and that’s why my brother got Miningtaities, when we got doctors involve from out of country they moved him to doctor hospital and they found out he had csf fluid in brain which they could see in MRI images, and I Could see it too but amazing doctors on Ittefaq couldn’t see any thing and that doctor usman what kind of doctor is he , he couldn’t see it either, out of country stats have all proff they treated my brother wrong, and they also bend him to the bed, how crazy they are, just hungry for money and nothing, whole staff was such a lier, and they forget they have to ANSWER ALLAH one day, u can hide as much you want here, but you can’t hide from Allah, he see , and listen all Ameen... on doctor hospital in Lahore they said we bring him late his correct treatment just started 5 days , and on Ittefaq hospital they wasted 20 days... unfortunately we couldn’t save my brother, but I’m giving badua to everyone who treated him bad , aur janpuch kar uske sath bura kiya, do uske sath bhi wohi haal ho Ameen my brother was just 40 and had two year old daughter, and left old mother, he was so loving and caring person, he loved his family , everyone... but everything is ruined ... our world is ruined ...

I have visited many time and even admitted for susgery as well. Staff is very caring and doctors are professional.
