Assalam o Alaikum, my experience with jan motors is extremely bad but i didn't complain them because i thought its better to keep aside from the heap of mud as its makes ourselves dirty. Many reasons but few are mentioned below; 1. They usually book the veh in higher prices in relation to other motors, no problem. 2. Moreover, they steel the accessories from ur brand new car like mats, wheel arch covers, engine coolant, replacement of battery, tires, changing of electronics etc etc 3. They have kept bully people which, at the time of veh delivery, ask for "mithai" in an obnoxious way. Its no problem but after theft from ur car, its really speaks ill of jan motors. 4. Highly unprofessional but professional looters. 5. i'll highly recommend; NOT to deal with this lowest class jan motors, for ur own better good. Thanks

Staff not cooperative, my Karvaan is in warranty, having a generator problem but dealer is using delay tactics. They want me to fix generator by myself.

It was famous with the name of Jan Motors. Now they are authorized dealer of Changan Motors. My last visit was for booking of new car Changan Alsvin Lumiere. I gave them a pay order of 750K. I agreed in 30 minutes. Overall it was nice but I felt few things. Let me share honest opinion. 1- The fee staff was new, they even was doing mistakes in preparing receipts (cutting overwriting) 2- It was hot weather, then even didn't offer me for a glass of water. I was buying car. 3- The office was showing some typical government office. Not so clean or organized. 4- Display of cars was OK but office setup was dirty. Damage sofa seats. Dust on tables.
