The counters are generally slow, more due to patients then the people at the counters! I think it is

The counters are generally slow, more due to patients then the people at the counters! I think it is necessary to educate the patients what they should have ready when they approach the counter! The QR code does not work with the smart phone or rather works very slowly. If our update comes on screen only after we have been examined, this system is a failure for sure! The examination staff seems nice and polite and presumably know their job well!
