worst experience.. highly unhygenic place. dirty towels. broken chairs and furniture. no sense of customer care service. no changing room is available. staff is highly non friendly. they just dont bother about what a customer is expecting from them. highly unprofessional.. i ruined my money. offering deals does not mean that you can treat your customer in such a bad manner. they are making money not cutomers.

The service was much satisfied and staff behaviour with clients was so polite and they were dealing with customers was well satisfied

Very expensive. Only haircut is somewhat satisfied but cleansing, manicure and pedicure all are wasted. It would be better if I would spend 750 rs on local barber shop. Bare naam, pheeke pakwan wali kahani. Just because of girls there, they are attracting prevert audience. Not going again at all even it remail the only saloon in Karachi
