My Debit Card was declined repeatedly at point of sale,("POS")with multiple shops and thrice on various ATMs, when the card was still activated. Called the helpline,("0800-011-22") many times, the individual failed to explain and resolve the issue. Asked him the reason for the above issues he failed to answer/explain and or connect to any other who can determine and resolve the prevailing issue since March 12, 2020.Please trained these individuals because these individuals appear to be professionally incompetent people.

Review

Overall service of this bank has deteriorated. New debit cards were issued and don’t work. Nobody in the branches or helpline has a clue why. At this particular branch the Branch Manager is never available!
