coming in all the way from canada i can personally say this was the worst salon experience of my frickin life! not only was the makeup done absolutely terribly, they made us wait 6 hours resulting in us being 2 hours late for the wedding! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE AND NEVER GOING BACK. extremely dissapointed with this overrated place.

I had very bad experience with jugnu at E11. There reception is like a gossip corner. In few days back i had appointment there at 1 pm and on same day electricity was failed from morning 8 am .They didn't have generator too. Thy didn't inform me and not even arranged any back up and did makeup on cell phone torch. I was late due to there mismanagement. Receptionist is very roud and was busy only in gossip she didn't show any effect to overcome the problem not even she was sorry for all that. Owner is very sweet but mostly she is not available.
