Overall my experience here wasn’t bad but I wasn’t satisfied the only thing I didn’t like was

Overall my experience here wasn’t bad but I wasn’t satisfied the only thing I didn’t like was that they used a dirty towel to dry my hair and lord knows who else they’ve used that towel on and I’m saying that from what I think im not sure if they actually clean it or not and another thing was that they didn’t wash my hair properly it still felt like I had leftover oil in my hair.
