I'll rate the services as following. Customer service: whenever I've visited j.j's shop at f-10, they always treat professionally. If you have some doubt regarding an item that you might need to change it or have to get it altered, then it is advised to keep the buying receipt with you (to show it to them when you want alteration) and the tags on the items should be present at the time of alteration/change. The ink on the receipts usually gets fade after some time.I take their pics through mobile phone, in case if i lost the original receipts. Kids and women clothing: I've tried some of the stitched and unstitched women clothes. The fabric of some stitched clothes is very light(see through) and some got fade after just 1 wash, so one should be careful about fabric while buying. My experience with kids clothes was ok. I'll give 3 out of 5 rating in this case. Men's clothing: the variety here is ok. I've bought many male kurtas and shalwar kameez from here, but the variety at j.j (F-6 markaz branch) is way better. I also bought a waist coat from F-6 branch made of velvet stuff (it was so good. I tried to find the same quality,stuff and style at different branches of j.j and other brands, but couldn't find like that).I'll rate this section as 4 out of 5 for this branch of j.j, but all 5 to F-6 branch. Perfumes: I haven't tried female perfumes, but according to my friend, these are fine (not much high quality). I've bought male perfumes from here. They are nice, specially fragrance named "shaheer" (i'll give 4 out of 5) Conclusion: I suggest this place to buy male items, mainly.
