Wet carpets after rains, just an ordinary hotel with extra charges

Been to this Marriott a couple of times. At least they can maintain the hotel to a reasonable standard. Sadly one cannot expect too much in Pakistan, but at least this hotel has reasonable facilities. Food is good at their cafe and they provide room service 24/7. The hotel is a bit dated now to be honest. The shower is not strong and the bed is not too comfortable but at least the room is clean and staff know how to serve. Cleanliness 8/10, bed 6/10, shower 6/10, money for money 7/10.

For places like these negative star options should exist,, very poor customer service, was placed on hold and transferred multiple times to a line that just disconnects…. the staff didn't know any of the basic questions I asked…. at least the pearl continental has knowledgeable staff on site that can answer questions for someone wanting to check in and inquire over the phone. A very poor Marriott hotel experience.

Highly tight security system and located in the center of city. Proper parking for cars and bikes. Inner views and foods are too good.

Marriott Hotel is one of the pioneers in hotel industry in the country. Their services are great and it is always pleasant to visit the hotel. The ballroom is huge and accommodates over a 1000 people easily. The food served is great too.
