Kaybees has been around for over 60 years now. They have survived just because they don't compromise on quality and keep improving their menu and service. Their cone is the best works Over.

Used to be good. Food is still ok. But customer service is well below average. Waiting staff is not good at all. Seems as if they are cashing on their name without seeking any new customers or retaining old customers.

Kaybees is one of the oldest and yet one of the best fast food restaurants in Karachi. Centrally located with good parking place. Do try out the fresh ice creams here.

Slow service and waiters don't prefer tip less than 100 Rupees. Quite demanding.. Some stuff is frozen and not fresh like the parathas. Rest of the menu is just fine. The Icecream is still the best both quantity and quality wise.
